Andrew McManus, Director

Andrew has over 20 years’ quantity surveying experience on projects with values in excess of £570 Million. He has an extensive range of commercial and contractual skills delivered on a wide spectrum of projects including airports, hospitals, hotels, high rise mixed use, oil & gas facilities, waste management systems and sporting facilities.

Andrew's work focuses on dispute related consultancy and expert services where he specialises in quantum analysis and contractual matters.

Much of Andrew’s work has involved close liaising with lawyers, barristers, internal legal counsel and opposing quantum experts, as well as contractors, subcontractors and supplier’s representatives.

Andrew is a testifying expert and has been instructed to act as independent quantum expert on multiple adjudications as well as litigation where he has provided accurate and credible expert testimony. Andrew has also been instrumental in the successful conclusion to several international arbitrations as well as UK based adjudications, providing in depth commercial knowledge and opinion on complex dispute matters.

In his role as independent quantum expert, Andrew has been described by the judiciary as “diligent and thorough and typical of experts in TCC cases doing their jobs appropriately”.

Andrew is degree qualified in Quantity Surveying Consultancy, a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and he is also an RICS Accredited Expert Witness.
