Project CDR is a London based Chartered Quantity Surveying consultancy providing specialist dispute resolution, litigation support, claims management, commercial management, expert witness and quantity surveying services to the construction, engineering and energy sectors. Our professional expertise has been acquired over many years, with exposure to some of the largest and most complex projects in the world.

We serve both the domestic and international markets which has exposed us to multiple and varied working practices. Fees – Project CDR provides a transparent and competitive fee structure which remains unparalleled. We always endeavour to provide best value for money with the services we provide. Where we can provide a fixed cost, we will do so and where this is not possible, we will provide a fee estimate based on anticipated hours/workload.

Andy

Andrew McManus, Director

Andrew has over 20 years’ quantity surveying experience on projects with values in excess of £570 Million. He has an extensive range of commercial and contractual skills delivered on a wide spectrum of projects including airports, hospitals, hotels, high rise mixed use, oil & gas facilities, waste management systems and sporting facilities. Andrew is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and also an RICS Accredited Expert Witness specialising in quantum related dispute matters

Andrew has also been appointed as independent quantum expert in over five seperate adjudications.

Edward Sung, Associate Director (Delay)

Edward has over 20 years of relevant construction and engineering related experience, working for tier 1 contractors over a period of 10 years and working in a consultancy capacity since then.

Edward has detailed experience in the delivery of multi-disciplinary heavy civil engineering and process infrastructure, general building, renewable technologies as well as oil and gas projects. His extensive experience in these areas of construction and project delivery enables him to apply tried and tested principles of planning and delay analysis to any project.
